Meanwhile, as the Messenger made his way back to the viking Kingdom and the commander and his squad travelled to the Knight capital in an orderly fashion, a serious meeting was going on between the knight war officials and the King, Francis. This meeting had been called by the King himself to inform his officials of the decision he had taken to let the vikings help him repel the samurai invasion. Initially, he had thought of just letting things play out after he had accepted the viking king's suggestion for an alliance, however, he had decided against it since it could bring more trouble than he cared to solve right now.
