Vicky seemed to feel better after talking with me. They gathered the bodies of the ones I had killed. Their stories remained untold, with no legacy left behind only the knowledge of death to someone much younger than them. I sighed watching the disciples bury the men. leaving simple headstones with no names. I admired the respect they showed their enemies. Despite their assault on the Tachibana family, they still buried them. I stood up and stretched.
"I'm hungry, I used a lot of energy repelling that attack. Let's get some food." I said to Vicky.
She nodded and led me to a table in an outdoor pavilion. She rushed off and returned shortly after with a few disciples in tow. They carried massive amounts of food and sat it down on the table. The smells were amazing. I immediately dug in and stuffed my face. The taste was incredible. Vicky smiled as she watched me devour the food. I looked at her and covered my food with my arms. She chuckled and shook her head.
