Bab 295: Mother knows the best

My mother was immediately happy, " it's okay darling. Come here." She got up and opened her arms for a hug. I immediately got up to hug my mother. A warm embrace of a person I had hurt immensely. She held me in her arms while rubbing my back to soothe my overwhelming feeling. 

"I promise you I will return to this marriage with all the Conditions fulfilled," there was not a single mistake I was going to do this time. 

If I was supposed to marry and they had asked me to do one task for the kingdom, then I was not going to give them even a tiny bit of reason. This marriage will happen the way it was planned before. If I had decided to end the feud between the two villages, then I would do that and come back as soon as I could. Even there, I was very close to ending the feud. Now handing it over to others did not feel right. However, my mother immediately broke the hug and looked at me as if I had said something wrong.
