Bab 224: The Mate's True Spark

King Rocco stood at his office window, overlooking the entire pack. His face was stoic, but his mind worked hard to make the right decision to maintain the hierarchy in the Werewolf realm.

But most of all, Rocco hated those who challenged his status. For him, he was the only King that the realm needed and no one else. 

Rocco held the letter that Leo had. It contained his identity, along with a sentence that exhibited a threat. 

'You're all next.'

Behind him, sitting on the sofa, was Cinzia, who remained silent. She has been dragged by Rocco into his office after their conversation back in the dungeon cell.

Cinzia caressed her face as the sting of Rocco's slap remained on her cheeks. She sighed in a heavy heart but made sure not to create any sound since it would irritate Rocco.
