Bab 366: The Confession

Piku gritted her teeth as she walked toward the Palace gate with her things. It was her first time living without Paku by her side, and it felt foreign. As she approached the exit, she saw Vicenzo talking to another knight.

Vicenzo felt a presence and turned to the side. He saw Piku staring at him with a suitcase. He immediately understood her decision and gave her a nod. 

"S-sir," Piku muttered and looked down.

Vicenzo didn't reply. He stepped aside and motioned the other knights to open the gate for her. That action brought tears to Piku's eyes. She expected Vicenzo to talk to her. 

Piku teared up while walking outside, but before she was out of Vicenzo's sight. She turned around and shouted, "Sir! I love you!" 

Vicenzo heard Piku but paid no attention and turned away from her. The other knights looked at Vicenzo with pity and jealousy that a she-wolf confessed her feelings.
