Bab 162: Sombre

  Axel blinked and gulped. Hannah's speculation about Penelope was very wrong but she doesn't have to know that. He decided to keep shut and let her think whatever she wanted. After all, there was no harm in it.

He only let out a silent hum in response and felt Hannah shuffle under the blanket again. He looked down at her and saw that her eyes were misty again. Like she was going to cry again. "Why… what's making you cry again?" He asked in a strained voice that was a result of the lump in his throat. 

He rubbed the corner of her eye with his thumb while his other hand rubbed her back in soothing circles. He felt Hannah's head rubbing on his chest again and soon, he felt the tears on his chest. 

"Did she ever get injured while training?" Hannah asked, her voice muffled by her sobs.
