Bab 524: Sakurabancho Part III

“I am here for the legendary weapon card, Masamune.”

His words didn’t have an effect on Sawamura’s expression at all. He was silent for a small while as he turned those words in his mind. Then, he glanced at his daughter.

Kokoro gave him a nod as if confirming something.

Finally, he huffed a low laugh.

“Now I understand why these two are here. You came to prove his worthiness, hm?”

He let out a heavy sigh and turned to meet his child’s eyes again.

“Sakura, you know where it’s kept. Correct?”

“Uh-huh.” She nodded.

“Take it here. At the very least, this young man deserves to see it with his own eyes once.”

His tone became more authoritative than before. Even Kokoro, who was acting defiantly up until moments ago, obediently nodded to accept the order. She then stood up and immediately left the room. A short breath after that, the pair of powerful eyes were pinned on Joke again.

“Do you know how valuable that card is?”
