"I'm actually in a pretty good state of mind," Si Fuqing responded leisurely. "It's just verbal abuse, after all. I used to be hunted and chased after, and still had the mood to drink coke, so this is nothing."

The male police officer was baffled.

"It's late, I shouldn't disturb you any longer," Si Fuqing said, pulling out a can of tea from her bag. "This is a refreshing and brain-boosting tea, good for when you're tired."

"No, no," the officer declined firmly. "We can't break the rules."

Si Fuqing frowned. "Alright then, you can just give this a try, I won't give it to you."

She prepared a cup of tea for each of them and then waved goodbye, "I'm off, thanks for your hard work."

The male officer hesitantly took a sip.

After drinking, he took a few breaths, then said, "Hey, you know what, I actually feel much better. It's like the internal injuries from past missions have healed."
