Bab 10: Slave market
Jay glance at bracelet and then looked at Alice,
"So, you cannot even trust your own intuitions" Jay tries to mock her
"Shut up and wear it" Alice said in impatient tone.
"I am not that stupid, woman" Jay retorted
"Why?" But time it was not Alice but Erika.
"Haha, if someone invite you in their house and first time they did was try to kill you, would you still trust them" Jay said in worried tone
He was worried of course he was, why because Jay gets the feeling that Alice has same power level as him, when he was at his peak.
"Would you trust me?" Erika asked
"Ah~ fuck, ok give me that" Jay said before wearing that bracelet in his right hand.
'Why did I trust her?' Jay questioned 'Because she was the only one who show kindness.' And answered himself
"Now tell me who you are?" Alice asked again
"Didn't I told before other then my name I do not remember anything" Jay said in annoyed tone
Was he digging his own grave. Yes, he was.
Alice then asked "Why do you approached my Norman Family?"
"Do you seriously do not know; I was invited by that fatty" Jay answered
"Did you ever kill an innocent human?" Alice asked
This time Erika glared at Jay.
Jay who taken a back by this question, completely ignored Erika.
"What are you saying woman? I never even harmed a human let killing someone." Jay answered
This Alice cold face crumbled 'But Vincent said he was blood thirsty person; did he make a mistake' Alice thought as she continue to looked at Jay
"I know I am handsome, but do not look at me with this intensity I feel shy" Jay said as he tries to cover himself
Listening that Alice and Erika's lips twitch 'How can someone say something like that at this movement.' They thought
"But Vincent got report that you are a blood thirsty fiend." Alice said
Jay who finally understand why he was asked that questioned Laugh
"Haha, you mean this"
Suddenly red aura came out of Jay's body before condensing in a red mist demon with two golden orbs in its head as eyes.
Alice who saw this scene was dumbfounded 'did he not said he never killed a human then why he has such a heavy killing intent.'
Erika was also shocked 'how can a human has such a strong killing intent and he said he never killed a human'
Both Alice and Erika were thinking same thing
"Yes, I never killed a human, but I killed many monsters" Jay said as the red mist demon faded away
Suddenly expression on Alice's face changed, she grabbed Jay's and Erika's hand and disappeared.
(A\N: Alice was not actually teleporting; she was just running super-fast that Jay felt like she was teleporting)

When guards enter Vincent's room, they were shocked, Vincent's room was completely messed up.
There was a hold in left side of his room, and guard's saw this they were horrified,
As not only 1 or 2 walls had holes but 8 walls were broken down and Vincent was fainted on 9th wall which was the last and final wall.
If he has broken this wall then he might be thrown out of the castle.
"Move, I said move you trash" Dale said as he came in side room.
"Father!!" Dale shouted as he saw his father
Getting out of the room, he and some other guards ran to Vincent.
They picked his up and dashed toward his room
"Call a healer" Dale shouted as he also ran to his father's room
Few minutes later in Vincent's room Dale and two guard were feeding Vincent potions
(Knock) (Knock)
A man where priest's clothes enter the room.
He sat down next to Vincent, held his hand and an ethereal green glow covered Vincent's body
Few second later the priest withdraws his hand
"He is okey now, just some minor injuries and some broken ribs" Priest said before leaving the room.
Dale looked at the guards inside the room and asked in a cold tone, "Who, who attacked my father?"
Both guards lowered their heads without replying.
'How can we know?' 'We also enter after commotion subsided' Both of them thought, but non said anything.
Dale greeted his teeth.
Suddenly a rustling sound came from Vincent's side. He opened his eyes and looked around. 'So, she does not kill me.' Vincent thought.
"Father, are you ok? Who attacked you?" Dale asked as he notices his father opened his eyes.
Vincent looked at his foolish son before kicking him away. 'Was not all this happened because of this foolish son of mine' Vincent thought before asking both guards to take Dale out of his room and locked him in his room.

When Jay opened his eyes, he found himself in a dark cave.
"Let's go" Alice voice resounded inside the cave.
Jay finally notices Erika, as they both followed behind Alice.
"Where is this grandma?" Erika asked
Alice replied without turning around, "this is kingdom's slave market"
Listening to this a frown appeared on Erika's face "slave market" She muttered "does not slave market is banned in Eldoria Kingdom" She asked again.
This time Alice turned around and replied "They do not care about getting caught as First they have loyal customers and on top of that many nobles also support them form behind." Alice tuned around and start walking again.
"Then who did you know about this place?" Erika asked
"Are you forgetting that I am form KINGDOM INVESTIGATION BUREAU? I am here to exterminate them." Alice replied
Erika do not ask other questions and simply followed behind,
'What is going on? Why my body is reacting so much' Jay thought as he tried to suppress his rising heart beat and shaking body.
After some time.
They finally exit the cave path.
A large stadium like space appeared in front of Jay.
A large, enclosed area with tiered seating around a 10-meter square platform,
Jay and both ladies sat near the exist.
Slowly people start in the area, as they where they find place to sit.

After half an hour
A man wearing black noble clothes descent on the floor and looked.
"Welcome!!" He shouted "Welcome to ingredient slave market, where you buy human shaped ingredient" He announced
A loud cheer resounded "YYYEEEEHHHH~~"
"Haha, so without any delay let's bring our first product" Just as he said that 2 people come from left side of platform, they were holding a young man who was semi-conscious
A surprised expression appeared on Jay's face as he notices that, although this young man looked like a human, but there were some light blue colored scales on his body.
"Surprised, huh! Yes, you all are right this young man has a medium level bloodline of blue demon python in his body" Man said as many people start whispering
"A medium level bloodline, how lucky and unlucky was this boy"
"Right, he was lucky as he got medium level bloodline and unlucky as been captured by slave traders"
"Maybe his luck ran out after finding bloodline, Hehe"
"Yes, he should have just sold that bloodline maybe then he might have survived"
Same type of conversation was happening around.
The announcer waited for some time then shout "Stop customers"
"Now that you have saw our first product then before we start bidding, let me tell you conversion rate for gold coins to edges."
"10 gold coin are equivalent to 1 edge, ok" the man said in serious tone
"Bidding start at 10000 gold coins and can only be increased by another 500 coins, now start bidding" Just as man said that
"15000"
"20000"
"30000"
"50000"

People start bidding
"80000 one, 80000 two and sold to customer no 69"
"Now next item"
…
"Now our 7th item, she is a bit special ok, so do not scare her, she a noble" He shouted
Then 2 men came out of the right side of platform holding a pretty lady
"Get ready" Alice said before taking her sword out of a space ring
"Hey why are you taking out your sword" The man who was beside of Alice said
"AAAAGGGHHH" A scream resounded inside as the 10 or so people stand up at side of each exit of the cave.
Without saying anything Alice cut off the head of the man beside her.
[Ding] a bell ringed inside Jay's head. Which Jay ignored completely.
A fountain of blood gushed out of the neck as body spasm a bit before falling on the person below.
Same thing was happening at every exit of cave.
Jay who witnesses this gruesome scene was not able to stop himself and start vomiting
"blegh"
Erika also takes out her mace and shield as she stands before Jay
"Are you okey?" Erika asked
"Blegh, no I am not oke… "blegh"
When Alice saw this a small smile appeared on her face 'at least he was not lying' she thought as she massacres human around her.
