"Erwin, do you think you can easily leave today?" Sam blocked Erwin's path with a cold gaze, then glanced at Lina. The sight of Lina's beauty quickened Sam's heartbeat.

"Why be with this loser when you could date me? I'll fulfill your every desire and ensure a life filled with joy."

Intent on violence, Sam no longer cared for consequences, feeling nothing to lose by beating Erwin and winning over Lina.

"Whom I fancy is none of your business, my father is Luke Aleda, and if you dare to cross me, he will not let it slide." Lina was furious, enraged that this scoundrel dared flirt with her publicly.

Using her father's name Lina hoped to intimidate Sam, yet unconsciously leaned closer to Erwin, wary of the four brawny men.
