"Young Master Keir should at least have a reason, right?"
"Greasy face, not ideal for business."
Everyone "..."
Whoever said Shin Keir doesn't hold grudges is a bastard!
Time passed and they eventually reached a certain agreement.
---
Shin Keir immediately left the VIP room without waiting for Secretary Yun who went for a restroom break.
He took the emergency route walking through the dim hallway to avoid the chaotic dance floor, just as he was about to pull out his phone he unexpectedly bumped into someone and his face instantly crumpled.
The air was deathly silent and eerie.
What did he bump into?
Shin was so livid that the veins in his neck pulsated, his eyes filled with murderous intent.
"GET. OFF!"
"..."
The person remained still, she drunk too much that her head felt so heavy, and just when her vision turned hazy she rammed into something hard.
A wall? A statue?
The person instinctively clung to it rather than slumping on the floor.
Strangely the wall or statue has a calming scent that reduces her headache.
"So hard...so relaxing..."
Shin "..."
Very good! it has been a while since he last snapped someone's neck!
Shin grabbed the back of her neck.
The woman jolted feeling a sudden pain and lifted her head in confusion.
Shin froze upon seeing her face, no doubt she was drunk but those pair of watery eyes and reddened cheeks made her extremely alluring.
Is this what they call a beauty?
Shin felt like he was abruptly struck by lightning, did he just admire a vile creature?
"You- you can move?!" The woman uttered, completely shocked.
Shin "..."
Never mind it's a lunatic!
Shin forgot that she was still clinging to him and looked down at her as if she were an idiot.
"You are very very..." The woman paused and bit her lips.
"Let go!" Shin snarled.
"Oh~" The woman reluctantly took a step back and gulped. "Waah...I thought I was going to throw up!"
Shin was disgusted as if he was touched by a big pile of dirt and immediately distanced himself. "You're blocking the way, move!"
"I'm not a wall why am I blocking the way?"
"Can't you tell you're blocking the way?"
The hallway was narrow and he didn't want to come close else she would suddenly vomit.
Then the woman grinned and tilted her head, "You're lost aren't you?"
Shin "..."
"Come, come! I'll take you home with me, there's delicious food and a warm bed for you to sleep in!"
Shin was so angry he was spitting fire in his mouth, "You don't have the qualifications to take me home!"
Qualifications?
The woman was momentarily dumbfounded but then the next second she rushed toward him and grabbed his right hand, placing it to her chest.
"I have a clear conscience!" She proudly shouted, "You can tell from my chest, no silicon or injection it's 100% natural!"
Shin's mind went blank unable to defend himself.
Why didn't he toss her the moment she bumped into him earlier?
Normally he couldn't be bothered engaging in a conversation with these vile creatures and just treat them as someone invisible.
Without a word, Shin pushed the drunk woman and left.
The woman staggered as she watched his figure disappear into the dim hallway.
"Bad guy, don't blame me if you're lost!" she mumbled.
---
Shin halted by the exit corner, some people could be seen passing by, women giving him coquettish admiration.
To think he was humiliated and he just let the culprit walk away? No- he walked away!
How could that be?
The hand that had touched her soft chest was burning, scorching his skin to his nerves.
What does conscience have to do with her chest? Are they related?
Wait- why is he even thinking about it?
Shin couldn't believe he was actually shaken by a vile creature and on top of that a drunk lunatic, he needed to vent this grievance otherwise it would constantly torment him.
Back on the crowded dance floor, dazzling pyrotechnics illuminated the area as the crowd partied.
Yeri felt like she was floating moving around the crowd till she reached the lounge area.
"Yz, where did you go? You alright?" Nina patted her back.
"Haa~ I'm not going to drink anymore I feel so awful!"
"What did I say before? You don't know how to hold back you're so troublesome!" Nina scolded her.
"Blame my body, I'd say it was a delayed reaction...anyway, I met a very very handsome guy but he refused to admit that he was lost! I said he could go home with me but he just rudely left!"
Nina was stunned to hear her story, "Go home with you?! Do you want your father to disown you?"
"Doesn't matter, he can get lost!" Yeri shook her head and then mumbled, "I even let him touch my conscience but he just..."
"Beauty you're back, want another drink?"
A vibrant, handsome guy who gladly paid for their drink interrupted them.
"No, no, I had enough!"
The guy smiled while stealing lustful glances at Yeri's body, there shouldn't be a problem taking the next step since he not only paid for her drinks but she also proactively gave him a seductive grin earlier.
"Wanna dance?" The guy held out his hand.
Yeri accepted wanting to sober up while Nina refused the invitation of the guy's friends and just told her to come back soon.
Across their lounge, eyes like that of a predator scanned the crowd, he suppressed the discomfort brewing within him and joined the madness.
The dim hallway led to this area with no other exit or entry so he assumed the drunk lunatic should have gone there.
However, a minute just passed and Shin Keir felt like there were thousands of insects crawling in his body.
'Damn it, vile creature you're dead!'
Shin Keir's handsome face contorted then shifted to a menacing grin upon recognizing the woman's back.
Despite the moving lighting, he was sure it was her but as he strode closer there seemed to be a big cockroach with its rough arm wrapped around her waist?
"..."
Shin was even more furious without knowing why.
In the blink of an eye, he was already standing behind the drunk woman and immediately yanked her away from the big cockroach.
"Crazy bastard, dare to covet my woman?!" The big cockroach pointed at him.
"Yours? Did she also offer to take you home?" Shin enunciated, his words were like ice shards.
The big cockroach frowned not understanding his words.
'It doesn't seem to be the case?' Shin smirked feeling relieved.
"F*ck, did you just laugh at me? Tonight you just got unlucky!" The big cockroach was enraged, just because the opponent was taller and sturdier didn't mean he couldn't beat him.
Shin wasn't slightly triggered by his provocations and glanced down at the unmoving woman. "What's wrong with you?"
Yeri was already dizzy and the sudden movement caused her a wave of nausea, if she opened her mouth she would most likely vomit.
Shin had a bad hunch, wasn't she also like this earlier? "Hold on, you're dead if you throw up on me!"
The big cockroach was so angry after being ignored and found an opportunity to attack but soon realized he was sending punches to the wrong people.
Why is this bastard so good at dodging?
The club was packed and those who were suddenly hit by some random punches were infuriated.
"This sh*t! You think you're being funny?!"
"Rascal, let me teach you how to punch!"
"What kind of retard can't recognize this Young Master and dared to make trouble?!"
"No, no, no-" The big cockroach stammered to explain, he forgot that a high percentage of the club's partiers were socialites.
A tragic cry echoed blending with the loud music.
He was beaten so badly that he started rolling on the ground yet the thief bastard who provoked him was long gone.
---
Yeri was puzzled not knowing when she passed out, she first noticed the captivating moonlight coming from the huge glass window then heard the streaming water from the bathroom.
Where is this place?
Yeri's head badly throbbed and her mouth parched, it was the first time she tried cocktails and she really overestimated her alcohol capacity!
While cursing inwardly, the bottle of wine from the bedside table was like an oasis in her eyes.
A little sip wouldn't hurt and so she moved to grab the bottle of wine.
"Are you an alcoholic?"
A deep, mocking voice startled Yeri and her hand remained suspended in the air.
Mother, a villain is hiding in the dark!
Shin turned on the lampshade and moved the bottle of wine to the coffee table.
Who knows how much alcohol she had before she fainted and still she wanted more?
"Water..." Yeri muttered in a hoarse voice.
Shin conveyed an exhausted glare and glanced at the bottled water just next to the bottle of wine he just moved, "You can't see it?"
