Bab 71: I Said - DON'T

Analyzing the situation demanded less than thirty seconds from Ilyan. Though he was tempted to glance back to check if Irene was still standing there, he knew he could not do that. Doing that meant inviting troubles for her which he was not okay with.

"Excuse me? I am sorry, but I am sure you understand that you need to seek permission before you corner… ah, I mean 'surround' someone like this. May I? Thank you!" Ilyan had effortlessly pushed the camera off his face, making his way out of the bunch of reporters trying to shove their cameras and mikes in his face. 

"Hold on, hold on, Mr. Lorenzo," one of them rushed forward blocking Ilyan's way, "we have finally found you despite you being quite impressive in not letting anyone have even a glimpse of you. At least appreciate us for that, hmm?" He forced a smile ensuring a perfect blend of mocking and cunningness.
