Joining the agency went through without any hurdles for Chris, but that wasn't the case for others across the world. The world is going through changes every day. Even his news didn't matter the day after the case was closed.

The news was that slowly many supers started to appear in the world. There was news that it was due to the game called Abyssal Invasion Online: Realms, a VR game that was doing moderately well. Though there was a monetary exchange system, most gamers earn through streaming their play.

With excessive gamers in the game, many opted to stream other games and earn. Most people know that the only ones that actually make good money are the first players. As the numbers increase the chances of getting money decrease too.

So instead of chasing a dream that can never become real, it was best to have a steady income. Now though, everything changed. Money was one thing but SUPER POWERS! It was entirely a different thing.
