The sound of the footsteps got closer and closer as the four of them ran toward the room. The first one in through the door was Makai, his eyes worried and his face filled with panic.

"Ocean?" He called out to me as he ran toward the bed.

"Is everything alright, Ocean?" Doc was the next one through the door. He looked almost as worried as Makai had, though knowing that I was fine, mostly, he didn't think that there was something seriously wrong. Most likely, he thought that it was some sort of psychological problem that led me to calling them up here.

"Ocean, sweetheart, are you OK?" Momma sprinted to the right side of the bed and took my hand. Makai had climbed onto the bed and was cradling me on my left side.
