Bab 156: Another Tragedy

She ran to the kitchen counter and Styne was shocked at the way such a plump woman moved quickly. She had passed him before he could think of what to do when he had seen her move.

"I said what do you want here?" Mts Pegg asked as he held the rolling pin that she had grabbed tightly in her hand.

"I would not hesitate to use this," Mrs Pegg warned. She quickly glanced at Knaxx, "are you alright son?"

"Yes I am, mother,"

"I just came here to talk. Can we go to the sitting room please?" Styne asked.

"Talk about what? Who sent you?" Mrs Pegg asked.

"Mr. Ajax," Styne said matter-of- facty," And it would be in your best favor to cooppersate with me. If you don't, there are people outside that would not hesistate to-"

"Let's go. Come and talk about what you need to talk about so that you can leave this house. The owner isn't even around. Do you know that?"
