just a poorly written 'god gave me cheats that dont really fit in this world' type novel. cheats he got basically make mc a god from the get go, so if thats ur thing then go for it.
The harem will be certain in the future, although not exactly. mc fuyumiye continues to flirt with ororo the day after he proposed to her with his father. he puts someone else on top of it and the number of gihsre is already increased to 3 in the 12th episode. Let me state that mc is a reincarnated person. other than that, the novel skips the initial strength training and I think that's nice. but mc's characterless disgusting situation makes the novel very, very difficult to read. I would normally give 3.5 points. and I would deduct 2 points because of the harem. but i will give 2.5 points.
