"It won't be necessary," Jace said nonchalantly. I'll handle it."

"What? You will handle it? See, like I said earlier, his heart has been taken. And from what I'm seeing, she must have eaten deep into him, that's why he doesn't need our help."

"Why are you looking so surprised, Bruce? I'm saying the truth. When have you ever seen Jace let someone go? The last time someone messed with him, didn't he ask you to clean her up?
