Because does he feel any remorse- NO! Any guilt- NO! Any anger- NO! Because he is not at all restricted by any morals or rules…..he operates all upon his desires and excitements. He doesn't have any basic guidelines that humans have to think like that or humans see things like that! He doesn't have such weakness. Basically, he doesn't consider himself bound in these pathetic restraints - He is far far above from them. 

That's the difference between him and 'him', he is not perfect for this world. Humans have to leave their part behind if they have to survive in the hidden world. Similarly, If Orion had to win, he had to survive, he had to take revenge in his life - sooner or later he would turn over to 'him', and 'he' would wait for that day patiently.
