Bab 78: Road to city

As they both were discussing things a knock rang on the door.

Knock Knock

"Who is it?" Severus who was sipping the tea spoke up.

"It's me"

A lady having a sweet voice greeted Severus.

Severus frowned in annoyance when he heard Melannie voice in the morning. He was just discussing something important and here she comes, to foil everything.

"Oh!"

"May I enter"

Severus quickly stood up and went forward to open the door for her and greet her personally. Unlike yesterday his face wasn't expressionless and had a warm smile however an intense chill was present inside his eyes which he very securely covered it.

"Sure Miss Song. We don't dare to stop you in your own palace"

Melanie who for the first time heard his voice was stumped. It has been so long since she heard him and a feeling of nostalgia hit her however the way Severus spoke to her, she felt it odd but didn't pay heed to it.

"Arent you funny Savy"
