Bab 89: Journey back home

Alex fell to the ground and coughed out a mouthful of blood.

The demon princess was meant to be satisfied but she wasn't, not while he was still in perfect shape.

"Stand up and fight me!" She said to him, ignoring the blood he spat.

"Are you sure?" He asked her as he stood up. "Your Highness, are you sure you want to see me beat up your princess?" He asked the demon king.

"Well, Phina, that's enough now," the demon king said to the princess.

"Father, do you think I am weak?" She asked him, offended that her father was listening to Alex.

"I didn't say you're weak. I don't want to see you getting hurt because of something meaningless. After all, that is the Lord of Tekoa," the demon king replied.

"All the more reason I should put him in his place! He is nothing more than a mere Lord, as such, he must pay respect to me," Phina replied and got ready to unleash another attack.
