After Ye Futian issued the order, the cultivators of the Heavenly Mandate Academy went to various main realms in the Supreme Realms to spread the news. One of the realms was the Crimson Dragon Realm, where Ye Futian had cultivated before.

On top of that, some cultivators began the construction of the teleportation grand matrices. The matrices would connect various main realms with the Nine Realms as the center. Then, more matrices would be built to connect the main realms with the smaller realms. With this, the academy could gradually expand its influence to the entire 3,000 Realms of the Great Path. Moreover, the matrices could monitor the activities that occurred in the 3,000 Realms of the Great Path.
