Knowing they needed to head down, Emily Stone stopped in her tracks and shook her head to indicate she wouldn't be going up.

The elevator doors closed, and she continued to wait, as many doctors who had been dining also hurried out with grave expressions.

This made Emily Stone even more curious. She pushed up her glasses and stopped a female nurse to ask, "What's going on? Everyone seems so panicked!?"

"Didn't you get the notice? The director has called for all the doctors and nurses from each department to gather in the lobby on the first floor!" After speaking, the nurse rushed away.
