The Emperor didn't bother arguing with Monk Duhai. "Were you a young monk serving him back then?" the Emperor asked him.

The Monk Duhai let out a mocking smile, as he said, "Those big brothers who served the Immortal were all killed by you people; and the purging at the temple went on for thirty years. If I had served the Immortal, do you really think I would still be alive?"
