He was confident about his remark. The Star Formation in Leguo City had been exposed because it was not hidden deep enough. However, the one in Luo Hua City was not the same. One would have to break through a series of array formations before reaching the core. It would certainly require a lot more explosives than what they had just witnessed. 

Although the explosion from before was quite massive, he assumed that only half a ton of explosives was used to cause the destruction. The amount was not enough to destroy the wall to the Star Formation. Furthermore, if the place were really destroyed, all the shatters and dust would tumble and bury the Star Formation even deeper. Hence, nothing would be revealed.
