The five guardians were supposed to stay behind and secure the kingdom, but as soon as they received the news, they immediately came to help with their most elite troops. After information traveled through all sorts of news portals, the guardians found out that the enemy, unfortunately, seized the Devil King.

At this very moment, the guardians were scattered about trying to obtain more information secretly. Fortunately, Guardian Jin was able to communicate his location to them. Soon after, the rest of the guardians were on their way. 

Even though backup was on the way, Gu Xijiu could not leave Di Fuyi behind. She did not want to wait for the troops to arrive. Instead, she wanted to turn back and search the place again on her own. However, Kun Xueyi stopped her. "Miss Gu, allow me to go with you."
