Bab 2241: Out Of His Expectation

The two of them returned to the place where Gu Xijiu had broken up with Di Fuyi. Once they arrived, Yun Yanli released the blood butterfly in hopes of finding Di Fuyi. To their dismay, the blood butterfly danced around a circle and fell back to Yun Yanli's palm.

Gu Xijiu looked at him curiously. "How?"

Yun Yanli slowly shook his head. "The blood butterfly cannot sense his breath. He is not here. Xijiu, let's try another place."

Gu Xijiu looked disappointed. She stared at the blood butterfly and contemplated. "He was definitely here last night. Can't your blood butterfly follow his tracks to find him?"

Yun Yanli shook his head. "The blood butterfly can only sense if the targeted person is within a hundred-mile radius."
