The black-skinned Soft Feather turned her head around. As an inner demon, she instinctively avoided the gaze of the nascent soul.

A nascent soul would be born when a practitioner ascended from the Sixth to the Seventh Stage.

Under normal circumstances, a practitioner's nascent soul would open its eyes twice during its existence. The first time was when the practitioner reached the peak of the Sixth Stage Realm and triggered the heavenly tribulation.

Once the nascent soul opened its eyes, the heavenly tribulation would strike down.

Then, if the practitioner successfully transcended their tribulation, the nascent soul would close its eyes again and enter a state of energy accumulation.
