Bab 57: Chapter 54 Sea God's Pavilion Meeting

Where there are treasures, there naturally tend to attract thieves, countless self-proclaimed experts from the mainland have stealthily entered Sea God's Island, attempting to sneak into the Sea God Pavilion to steal, but no outsider has ever left the island once they set foot upon it.

Whenever there's an important affair at Shrek Academy, a council meeting would be convened within the Sea God's Pavilion, which is also the highest summit within the academy. Only the deans and vice-deans of the Martial Soul and Soul Guidance Departments along with the elders from the Guest Elder Hall are qualified to participate. When it comes to major issues, decisions are made by voting with a show of hands.

Even the four deans and vice-deans each have only one vote in the Sea God Pavilion council meetings.
