Bab 791: Defeat

The Eastern Middle Bastion paused for a full five minutes before starting up again. It chased after the army in front of it and pressed toward Planet Angel.

Although the Solar Cannon was powerful, it had its own flaws. After firing once, the entire Middle Eastern Bastion would overheat. The heat was so terrifying that it would take time to recover. Therefore, once it was fired, it needed to rest for five minutes.

Moreover, this was under the condition that the rocks on the surface of Planet An Lun were insulated. Otherwise, the situation would be even worse. It would take at least an hour for the Eastern Middle Bastion to fully recover before it could fire again. It could only fire three times a day at most, or else it would destroy the balance of the Ink Element core.
