Instead, the elves were eager to leave the hot coastal city, and go wherever, as long as they can avoid the summer heat.

"San Francisco...Does this name sound like it is related to gold?" Fina said thoughtfully.

"...That's right. A long time ago, the United States had a gold rush. The Chinese workers who migrated to the United States in the early days called it Golden Mountain and later changed it to San Francisco. Of course, this is just the name that the Chinese gave," Zhang Zian explained as he packed his luggage.

Fina's eyes lit up, "Golden Mountain? Then why add another 'old' word in front?"
