Bab 679: New Year's Red Packet

"Snowy, your Uncle Zhou is here!"

Snowy could vaguely overheard her mother nagging about how her daughter was young and and immature and obsessed with the Internet.

"Coming!" Snowy yelled before she mumbled to herself, "I just woke up, how am I already immature and obsessed with the Internet?"

She closed her laptop and took Snowball off her lap before she reluctantly went downstairs.

The Spring Festival was a hassle every year, from morning till night there were countless visitors. She had to address them with various titles, like uncle and auntie, with a fake smile. She smiled so much, her face would get sore. Of course, there was always a reward for her trouble, which came in the form of many red packets.

Her parents sat on the sofa, chatting with a well-dressed man who looked to be in his forties.

Snowy didn't recognize the man her mother said was her Uncle Zhou. This didn't surprise her, as there were many people she didn't recognize or forgot about.
