Saruman Snake was in group C of the five main groups. Out of the seeded teams, Maya Empire's Child of Light battle team was also in group C. And Wang Zheng's familiar "old friend," Student Lear, was also in this group.

Although there were many qualified teams, and they should not meet under normal circumstances, who would not prepare for the off-chance? It almost seemed like enemies on a narrow road.

Saruman Snake battle team's first opponent was Mossi Republic. This was a federation near Aslan. They basically survived because of their proximity to Aslan. Thanks to their geographical position, coupled with the positive influence of the great Aslan financial circle, this country was rather well-off. Of course, to the citizens of Mossi Republic, an Aslan citizenship was their dream. Basically more than half of their citizens aimed towards this goal. They also often regarded themselves as little Aslan people.
