Bab 696: The Blind

Lu Li had saved a girl out of impulse and he had no idea how much trouble was awaiting him.

He was always like this and never changed. Once he made up his mind, he would do it with no regret.

The girl didn't lie. Lu Li flew with her for an hour and had covered more roads than he could remember. He even deliberately changed course and took some detours. For the past hour, nobody came after them.

After taking two healing pellets and resting for an hour, the girl seemed much better. She was still sitting with her legs crossed and kept her eyes closed—of course, she still couldn't see anything with her eyes open. She had to rely on psychic power.

Lu Li said nothing, either. He flew on silently. More than two hours passed but no pursuing forces. Lu Li felt relieved. It must be hard for the pursuing forces to catch up with them now that they had flown for such a long distance.
