Lu Li's knowledge of inhibition formations was limited but he understood the ones he did know would require formations stones which would have to be buried underground instead of in midair.

But there was no formation stone or anything else. The more than 1000 warriors stood in midair, forming a formation themselves. It was quite horrifying as well, slowing Lu Li down by half. This had never happened before.

Hu Lang had never heard of this, either. As far as he knew, there was no way Recluse Solar Dragon could have known this. The formation was incredible. It must have passed down from the ancient times. Only major families would have the information of such a strange formation.

In other words—either the Samsara Palace or the Hades Society knew about this formation.

Of course, this was only Hu Lang and Lu Li's speculation. There was no proof that it came from the Samsara Palace. Lu Li and Hu Lang couldn't make the accusation.
