In a place that was full of green and full of ancient trees, Ling Xian closed his eyes and inhaled the familiar air. He couldn't help but to reveal a faint smile.

He was back. Finally back.

Seven years of anticipation, seven years of emotions, he had finally returned to his homeland as he wished. The joy he felt was faint, but it was warm. He felt re-energized by this emotion.

"Seven years… it's been far too long. Yunzhou, I am finally back." Ling Xian's lips curled back, then he lifted his arms, as if trying to embrace this familiar place.

Back then, Xiao Yao smashed the spatial portal and caused a space turbulence that sent him to Shi Ao Island. Since then, it had been seven years. These seven years, he had been living in a strange place. Though life hadn't treated him that badly, he felt somewhat estranged to the islands.

However, Ling Xian had no regrets.
