Bab 491: A Gathering of Heroes

The jade sea was like a painting and the rolling waves were sparkling and translucent. The cloudy sky was washed clean in an instant—the blue sky was clear and the white clouds were unblemished without so much as a speck of dust.

The Eastern Sea. There was a diverse host of heroes on a certain island.

This was like a secluded peach garden. Glancing afar, there were fields of peach trees with fresh and tender flower buds, dripping with dew. The blossoming petals were flowing with a rosy glow—they would scatter along with the wind and fill the air with a diffuse fragrance.

Traces of wear could still be seen on the trails and an old well stood hidden within the peach forest.

The earth's path toward evolution was cut off in the distant past. The divine islands of the past had been locked in mist and gradually became silent. Only in the recent years did people find out that sea beasts had gone ashore and some deviants birds had landed on them.
