Bab 33: Chapter 33: A Wealthy Lady, or a Mistress?

Qin Youxuan waited a good while at the back door until Ning Yanan announced she had arrived. Only then did she slip out the back door and got into the car before anyone could react.

"Drive!"

"Yes, ma'am!" heeding Qin's command, Ning Yanan stepped hard on the gas without skipping a beat.

Before the lurking reporters had a chance to swarm them, she did a quick U-turn and broke away from the siege.

"Hurry, hurry, hurry! Qin Youxuan just left, go after that car!"

The group of reporters who had been staking out the area barely had time to react when Ning Yanan's car disappeared out of sight.

All they could do was stand there silently, gritting their teeth in frustration.

A few persistent newspapers went off in pursuit.

"This is exhilarating! It makes me feel like I'm shooting a blockbuster film. Missy, this time, I've acted the part of your guardian angel, how're you gonna thank me?"

Once they shook off the tailing reporters, Ning Yanan raised her eyebrows triumphantly.
