At the top of the mountain, a child sat in a meditative position. The child had black hair and an ordinary-looking face, but an aura of adulthood surrounded him. This boy was none other than Tang San, the protagonist of the Soul Land world.
Every day, he came to the peak of the mountain to cultivate his Purple Demon Eye as the sun rose.
Tian Xing climbed the mountain and looked at Tang San, who was cultivating his Purple Demon Eye. Without disturbing him, Tian Xing quietly moved beside him, unnoticed, and gazed at the scenery unfolding before him.
Tang San didn't notice him because he was cultivating his eye and due to Tian Xing breathing skill, which naturally reduced his presence to an imperceptible level. If Tian Xing chose to, he could entirely conceal his breath and presence, making himself undetectable even to the keenest senses at the same level.
After some time, Tang San opened his eyes, which glowed faintly purple. A sense of accomplishment filled him, but he soon noticed someone's presence beside him. Turning his gaze, shock washed over him as he spotted Tian Xing.
Tian Xing, having already noticed Tang San's movement, turned to him with a look of curiosity.
Startled, Tang San leapt to his feet, glaring at the intruder. A flurry of thoughts raced through his mind: "Who is he? How did I not sense him? and when did he get here?"
"Hello, my name is Tian Xing. What's yours? And what are you doing here?" Tian Xing asked waving his hand, acting innocent.
"Why should I tell you? And what are you doing here?" Tang San retorted, his tone laced with arrogance.
"Why? Can't I be here?" Tian Xing replied with a playful pout, tilting his head as though trying to act cute.
Tang San's thoughts churned. "He seems to be about my age. Judging by his expression, he's just curious... but looking at his face, I feel an urge to punch him." A twinge of jealousy surfaced in Tang San heart looking at Tian Xing face as he began to scrutinize Tian Xing's every move.
Tian Xing simply smiled, meeting Tang San's gaze, which only served to further irritate Tang San.
"Has he already decided to kill me?" Tian Xing wondered, studying Tang San's tense, expressionless face and trying to guess his intentions.
Tang San, deciding not to dwell further, thought, "It looks like he hasn't discovered my secret." With that, he ignored Tian Xing and began walking toward his home.
With a swift, graceful movement, Tang San dashed down the mountain. His small frame moved with impressive control, quickly disappearing from Tian Xing's view.
"Where did he go? I was just asking for his name!" Tian Xing exclaimed, pouting and pretending to be an angry child.
Meanwhile, Tang Hao, concealed in a nearby tree, observed Tian Xing silently. "This child's presence is so faint—almost as if he's a part of nature itself," he thought. Tang Hao's Douluo-level senses allowed him to see everything, yet he labeled Tian Xing as a normal child and disappeared without a second thought, heading back toward his home.
Tian Xing, however, sensed the powerful presence that had been watching him has disappeared he dropped his innocent act."That must have been Tang San's father, Tang Hao." He thought ,his sharp sixth sense had allowed him to detect the powerful figure nearby, even though Tang Hao had tried to remain hidden.
