Bab 56: Deadwood Forest

In the eyes of Ailed, Limon, a new adventurer, was all alone, devoid of companions and weapons. He was a young man who had arrived at this perilous place brimming with enthusiasm.

His sole option was to fulfill his duty and make the man before him retreat. Whether the task could be accomplished or not was of secondary importance. As Ailed had stated, the division of areas was merely for the more efficient elimination of the undead. It didn't matter if the undead in a particular area weren't eradicated, as long as the overall number of undead in the entire Deadwood Forest could be kept within a manageable limit.

Was he being underestimated? Although Ailed had been rather diplomatic, Limon could sense it. Arguing was futile. Limon could only prove himself through his strength. Without hesitation, he pointed at a red circle on the map and declared, "I'll take this, the ruins of the church."
