One fateful night, his fortunes took a dramatic turn. He stumbled across a wounded mob leader who had been left for dead in a back alley. Without hesitation, Ravan helped the man, tending to his wounds despite having nothing himself. The mob boss, grateful for Ravan's kindness, offered him shelter and a place within his gang.
Ravan's intelligence and strategic brilliance quickly set him apart. He climbed the ranks, eventually becoming the mob leader's right-hand man. Under his guidance, the gang grew in power and influence, evolving from a street-level crew to a formidable force in the underworld. Yet even as Ravan solidified his position, his mind remained focused on a singular goal: escape.
The episode ended with Ravan staring out over the city from the gang's headquarters, his mind already crafting a plan to leave Russia.
Suresh and Ramesh exchanged glances but didn't speak. Instead, Ramesh immediately hit "Next Episode," unable to wait any longer.
The seventh episode began with a time skip. Five years had passed since Ravan joined the gang, and in that time, it had transformed into one of the most feared mafias in Russia. Ravan, still the second-in-command, now wielded immense power, but his heart remained restless.
In a poignant conversation with the gang's leader, Ravan revealed his intentions. "I need to leave," he said simply.
The leader, puzzled, responded, "Leave? You've built a life here, Ravan. You have power, influence, everything you could ever want. Why abandon it for a country that forgot you, that disavowed you?"
Ravan's eyes hardened as he replied, "Even if they've abandoned me, even if they've forgotten my name, I will never forget my roots. My resolve is my own."
The leader could only nod, recognizing the unshakable determination in Ravan's voice. The episode ended on this emotional note, with Ravan preparing to bid farewell to the life he had built over seven long years.
Suresh and Ramesh sat back in their seats, only now realizing that there was just one episode left in the series. The realization hit them hard—they had been so immersed in the story that they hadn't noticed the time passing. Without a word, Suresh started the final episode.
The eighth episode began with Ravan finally returning to Bharat. His first act was to check for any remnants of his old life, only to find that everything had been erased. His identity, his achievements, his existence—gone, as though he had never been.
Standing amidst the ruins of his past, Ravan truly became the "shadow" he had always been trained to be. However, what he saw in Bharat now deeply unsettled him. Gangsters roamed freely, corruption had seeped into every level of society, and the system was rotting from within.
Rather than despair, Ravan channeled his frustration into action. He formed a small group he named the Shadow Vipers, a clandestine network dedicated to uprooting corruption and eliminating those who exploited the system. Over the next decade, the Shadow Vipers grew from a small gang into an international underground network, feared for its precision and ruthlessness.
The episode ended with a montage of the Shadow Vipers' rise, culminating in Ravan standing in a dimly lit base, staring at a map of Bharat with steely determination. The credits began to roll, leaving Suresh and Ramesh both exhilarated and unsatisfied.
"This can't be it!" Suresh exclaimed. "They can't just end it like this! We need a second season!"
Ramesh, equally frustrated, muttered, "They're going to keep us waiting for who knows how long. What kind of cruel cliffhanger is this?"
But just as they were about to vent their frustrations further, a new scene began to play on the screen.
Ravan was shown at the Shadow Vipers' base, examining the map. A young operative entered, his voice urgent. "Something big is about to happen."
The scene shifted to Ravan boarding a train. He sat across from a man holding a small baby, who eyed Ravan warily. Ravan spoke calmly, his voice carrying an ominous weight. "Don't worry. I'm not here for the baby. But do you even know who's after it?"
The scene transitioned again, this time to an old church. A man in his fifties knelt in prayer, his hands clasped tightly. On each of his fingers, the letters spelling "DEATH" were tattooed in bold ink. As he prayed, one of his subordinates leaned in and whispered something in his ear. The man's eyes opened, filled with fury, but he continued to pray.
"Amen," he said coldly, looking directly into the camera, breaking the fourth wall.
The scene cut to the exterior of the church, where hundreds of men surrounded the building. The man with the tattoos stepped out, addressing his followers with a chilling resolve. "We've worked in the shadows long enough. Now we will move in the light, and the world will tremble."
The screen faded to black, and the Blood Bound Chronicles intro played once more, signaling the continuation of the universe.
Ramesh's jaw dropped. "That man with the baby—that's Arjun from Bloody Commando! And the villain—was that Ravi Rao? I've never seen him like this before!"
Suresh, confused, asked, "What are you talking about?"
Ramesh explained the connections between Ravan's Rampage and Bloody Commando, piecing together the intricate threads of the shared universe. By the time he was done, Suresh was equally impressed.
"This is genius," Suresh said, shaking his head in awe. "We need the next chapter of this story now."
