Bab 49: You Can't Escape From Me

Lorelai was taken aback by that seemingly innocent request.

For a while, she stared at him blankly, still unsure if she had heard him right. Then, her thin fingers softly glided over his dark brow, slowly making their way down to the sharp cheekbones and pausing at his full lips.

The man closed his eyes allowing her to gently brush back the damp, curly hair that stuck to his forehead. The thin strands of dark brown hair loosened under her touch. A tingling, electric sensation coursed through his body.

All this time, Rhaegar was the first one to initiate their physical contact, but now, his gentle request rang inside her head continuously, pushing her to take charge for once. 

And thus, she quickly brought her lips to his. It was a light, delicate peck—like a brush of a feather against a petal, but it was still enough to incite his desire even more.
