"Lie down on the couch."

Sui pointed at the sofa as he spoke. Erina's cheeks flushed slightly, but she complied, lying down obediently.

Sui sat next to her, a small smile playing on his lips, and then slipped his hand beneath her clothes.

"H-Hey! Why are your hands... in there?"

Erina's face turned beet red as she stammered nervously. She had assumed he'd just be massaging her over her clothes, but instead, Sui's hand had found its way underneath! Her ears burned with embarrassment, her lips trembling as her face flushed so deeply it seemed like blood might start dripping from her cheeks.

"How am I supposed to help with the bruises over your clothes?" Sui replied, feigning innocence. His hands moved gently, feeling her smooth, jade-like skin—soft and supple, full of elasticity.

"Is... is that really necessary?" Erina asked, caught off guard by his response. The naive girl, in her confusion, began to believe him.

Sui suppressed a chuckle. 'So easy to fool,' he thought. Keeping a straight face, he nodded seriously. "Of course! If I don't help with the bruises now, your skin will be swollen tomorrow."

Erina hesitated for a moment, a trace of worry crossing her face. But as she looked into Sui's eyes, realizing the playful glint in them, anger replaced her fear.

"You... you tricked me, you bastard!"

Her frustration exploded as she grabbed his other hand and, with a quick movement, bit down hard.

Sui winced, gasping in pain. He instinctively grasps her butt hard with his other hand, causing Erina to cry out in surprise.

"Ouch!" she yelped, blushing furiously, and feeling a sharp pain. "You horrible jerk!"

Her eyes welled up with tears, and before long, the two had slipped back into their familiar routine—a young couple's daily quarrel.

Sui, wearing a mischievous grin, raised his hand to her lips teasingly. "Come on, aren't you going to bite me again? Go ahead."

Erina glared at him, but the moment Sui's hand moved slightly, she hesitated. She could feel the threat of him twisting again, and her resolve wavered.

"Come on, keep biting," Sui teased, his voice full of amusement.

Erina's face contorted with frustration as she ground her teeth, caught between wanting to retaliate and fearing more pain. "You're such a bully! All you ever do is torment me!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with both anger and hurt.

Sui continued to tease her for a while longer, thoroughly enjoying her reactions. But despite her anger, the tsundere girl didn't dare bite him again, knowing the consequences.

"What's there to be upset about? I've already touched and 'eaten' it, haven't I?" Sui muttered under his breath, just loud enough for her to hear.

"You... you bastard!" Erina couldn't hold back anymore. She sank her teeth into his hand with renewed force.

Sui sucked in a breath through his teeth, but he wasn't one to back down. His other hand twisted firmly in response.

"Ah!" Erina let out a sharp cry, feeling the sting from both pain, embarrassment and other kinds of feeling she didn't know about. Her nose tingled as she fought back tears. She lowered her head, feeling thoroughly wronged, and lay there quietly, allowing Sui to continue without protest.

Seeing her sudden compliance, Sui couldn't help but laugh to himself. 'She's acting just like she did when we first met,' he thought, amused by her rare display of willfulness. Their occasional quarrels added a playful spice to their relationship.

---

The next day, Sui emerged from Erina's bedroom and returned to his own apartment.

Tohru and Kanna were sitting in front of the TV, engrossed in a horror movie. Both dragons seemed completely captivated by the show, their eyes glued to the screen.

Tohrus' usually carefree expression was replaced by one of intense concentration, her face full of nervousness. She even forgot to eat her favorite senbei, which sat untouched beside her.

Sui sat down next to her, and Tohru immediately clung to him, her voice trembling slightly as she said, "It's so scary."

Sui was momentarily speechless. 'A dragon scared of a horror movie?' He thought to himself. If a real zombie or ghost appeared, Tohru could easily destroy it with a breath of fire. What on earth was she afraid of?

"Sui, are there really ghosts in the world?" Kanna asked, her large, innocent eyes sparkling with curiosity as she tugged on his sleeve.

"Uh..." Sui hesitated, unsure how to answer the age-old question. "Well..."

Before he could come up with an explanation, he changed the subject. "Kanna, aren't you supposed to be at school today?"

"It's a rest day," Kanna replied with a nod.

Sui couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt. He hadn't spent much time with the two dragons recently, and they had been watching TV every day.

Of course, what he didn't know was that while he was busy, the two had caused more than a few natural disasters—earthquakes, tsunamis, and the sinking of an island, among other things.

"How about we go somewhere fun today?" Sui suddenly suggested, hoping to make up for the lost time.

Tohru's eyes immediately lit up, the fear from the movie forgotten in an instant. "Really? Where?"

"Somewhere fun. But you have to promise not to cause any trouble."

Both dragons eagerly nodded, their excitement palpable.

Sui planned to take them to 'Tōtsuki Academy's' Moon Banquet Festival for a visit.

In the living room of Erina's mansion, Chansey was busy cleaning with a group of helpers. Over time, she had become the unofficial housekeeper of the place.

But suddenly, she froze in her tracks, sensing a pair of eerie eyes staring at her. Slowly turning around, she saw Kanna squatting behind her, staring with an expressionless face.

"Sui," Kanna said, her tone innocent but curious, "Can I eat this?"

Bab 345: Chapter 343: Tohru-sama is Truly Knowledgeable!

Kanna squatted on the ground, staring blankly at Chansey, and asked in her usual calm tone, "Hey, Sui, can I eat this?"

Although Kanna looked like an adorable little girl, Chansey suddenly felt as if it were facing a natural predator. Fear coursed through its body, causing its blood to freeze. It wasn't just Chansey that reacted this way. At that moment, the mansion's weeder, 'Miltank', and the gardener, 'Combee', also rushed into the room, hiding behind Sui, trembling as they eyed Kanna nervously.

Sui couldn't help but chuckle, shaking his head. "Kanna, you can't eat them."

To ease the tension, Sui pulled out some almond cabbage from his system storage and handed it to Chansey and the others as a gesture of goodwill. "It's alright, no need to be scared."

The three Pokémon's eyes sparkled at the sight of the food. They quickly shared the cabbage amongst themselves, but their wary glances toward Kanna remained.

Sui sighed and turned to Kanna. "You can't scare them like that anymore, okay?"

Kanna blinked and, with her usual innocent expression, replied, "Okay." Then, with a soft giggle, she approached the three Pokémon, brushing them gently with her furry tail.

Chansey, sensing that Kanna meant no harm, relaxed a little and fished an egg out of its pocket, offering it to her.

"This is for me?" Kanna asked. She accepted the egg, which was almost the size of her face, and without hesitation, opened her mouth and swallowed it whole. "Mmm, delicious! It tastes similar to the eggs of the birdmen, but I think it would be even better fried."

Her face lit up with delight, her hands clasped against her cheeks as her eyes sparkled.

"But the concentration of 'Mana' in this world is really low," Tohru commented thoughtfully, sensing the energy of the world around her.

"Mhm," Kanna agreed with a nod.

At that moment, Erina, the tsundere, had already left the mansion to prepare for her restaurant, as her business operated during the daytime, unlike Sui's evening ventures.

"We should get going too," Sui said, waving to the Pokémon. Over the past few weeks, these Pokémon had essentially become the caretakers of the mansion. Their intelligence was remarkably high, rivaling that of humans in some cases.

Chansey had taken on the role of housekeeper, managing cleaning and general maintenance. 'Miltank' had become the gardener, tending to the lawn, while Combee often gathered wildflowers from the nearby forests, filling the rooms with pleasant fragrances.

The Pokémon stood at the door, waving goodbye as Sui, Tohru and Kanna prepared to leave.

"So, this is where Sui goes to school?" Tohru asked, glancing around. "It's unusually peaceful."

Sui rubbed his neck, grateful that the dragon cells in his body had fused even more since his last encounter. His physical strength had increased significantly, and even his healing abilities had improved—Erina's bite marks from the previous day had completely vanished overnight. However, he was still far from being able to regrow limbs like Tohru

"Alright, before we go any further, let's establish three ground rules," Sui said, raising a finger and speaking seriously. "First, you can't leave the mountain area. Second, don't show your true forms and scare people. Third, no hurting anyone or breaking anything."

Tohru and Kanna immediately straightened up, nodding seriously like children being scolded.

"Good," Sui continued. "Also, you'll need to pay for the food here. Tohru, you can handle that, right?"

Tohru puffed out her chest with pride, flashing a sharp little fang. "Of course!"

Kanna, on the other hand, was already lost in thought, imagining the delicious food she might encounter. She rested her face in her hands, her eyes shining. "Food!?"

Sui handed Tohru a thick stack of coupons. "Here, you can use these at the festival. There's plenty of good food around, but remember, you have to pay."

These coupons were special vouchers issued by 'Tōtsuki Academy' for use during the school festival. They came in three denominations: a 500-yen plum voucher, a 1,000-yen bamboo voucher, and a 10,000-yen pine voucher. Knowing the appetites of the two dragons, Sui had prepared a sizable stack of pine vouchers.

"What about you, Sui?" Kanna asked, looking up at him.

"I'm heading to work," Sui replied. "Tohru you're an adult, so please don't cause any trouble."

Tohrus expression immediately became serious. "I understand." She turned to Kanna, saying in a stern voice, "Kanna, be good, alright?"

Kanna nodded obediently, clutching the coupons in her hands.

Knowing that despite Kanna's youth, she was incredibly well-behaved. It was Tohru with her playful nature, who worried him the most.

"Let's go. I'm an adult now. I won't disturb Sui while he works or studies," Tohru said, nodding confidently. She took Kanna's hand, leading her away sensibly.

Watching their retreating figures, Sui let out a sigh of relief before heading towards the restaurant in the mountain area. But just as he began walking, his phone buzzed with a new message from Rindō.

"Hey, Kohai! Come eat with me again!"

Sui rolled his eyes. After spending the entire previous day being dragged around by Rindō and eating nonstop, his stomach was still recovering. He quickly decided to ignore the message.

---

Meanwhile, Kanna and Tohru wandered through the festival grounds.

"Wow, there are so many people!" Kanna's eyes sparkled with excitement as she gazed at the bustling crowd.

Her attention was soon drawn to a street vendor selling kebabs over a charcoal fire. Tugging on Tohrus sleeve, she asked, "Tohru-sama what are those?"

Tohru frowned as she stared at the skewers, deep in thought. Then, with a sudden realization, her eyes lit up. "I know what this is! It's a form of punishment. In this world, they must impale prisoners on sticks like this and roast them over a fire!"

Kanna's eyes widened with admiration. "Tohru-sama you're so knowledgeable!"

In her mind, a vivid image of a hellish scene unfolded.

"Hey, little girl! Want to try some of our skewers from the 'Grill Research Society'?" the owner of the kebab stall asked with a friendly smile.

The tantalizing aroma of grilled meat filled the air, making both Kanna and Tohrus mouths water.
