"Cur… tis…" Titus croaked. His vision was red due to the blood filling his eyes and his ears were ringing. He could barely breath and every muscle in his body felt like they were being sliced apart. Yet he still forced himself to look up.

He could immediately tell that Curtis wasn't in his peak state. Whatever it was that the knife had done, Curtis hadn't been able to fully purge it in such a short amount of time.

But even then, he was still a forecast to be reckoned with. This was made clear when the Voidwalker in charge was smacked into a wall like a ragdoll and fell to the ground coughing violently.

Curtis then walked and stood in front of his brother, placing himself between him and the dozens of Voidwalkers.

Titus tried to say something but fell into a fit of coughing and Curtis said gently.
