"Fuck!"
The glowing screen before Asuka erased any doubt he had left: He was definitely in the world of *Extra Takes It All*.
But instead of fear, excitement, or confusion—the usual emotions a transmigrator might feel—Asuka's eyes were filled with pure disgust and disappointment.
"Tsk! Why did it have to be this shitty world?"
Unlike the most popular novels these days, which are devoid of originality and filled with brainless clichés, *Extra Takes It All* was the pioneer of such nonsense.
A cliché-filled mess with a mix of cringe and absurd writing.
*Sigh...*
No matter how much he hated it, he didn't have a choice. And, to be honest, magic was still more interesting than the 9-to-5 corporate loop he'd been stuck in.
As much as he didn't want to admit it, there was a spark of excitement flickering inside him as he eyed the glowing system window.

A visible frown appeared on Asuka's face as confusion took hold. In the novel's world, every awakened individual had a system to manage their stats, skills, and more.
But something was definitely weird here...
"Wait a minute—why the hell is someone with such an OG skill and good talent slaving away here? And how can he be a Blood Magus as a human that's completely unheard of? And why is his name listed as 'Unknown'?"
As his voice rose with frustration, confused and irritated faces working around him turned back. "Kid, keep your voice down," a nearby man warned.
The man's frustration was palpable—not really directed at Asuka, but he was a convenient medium to let it out. His weak eyes fixed on Asuka with a stern look. "In this big mine, no one will care if those delicate bones of yours go missing."
The man's body was so frail that, from a distance, he could easily be mistaken for an undead—a walking skeleton.
Normally, such a threat coming from someone like him would seem laughable, but not to Asuka. "Yeah, sorry. I'll keep that in mind," Asuka replied with a slight bow before returning to his work.
He wasn't scared of that man, it was the other sets of eyes that worried him. They were like hyenas, just waiting for an opportunity to vent their frustration. And besides, his current physical state wasn't any better than theirs.
With that, Asuka continued to dig deeper into the ground, his mind filled with questions.
'I'll find the answers later. First, I need to figure out how to escape from here.'
Roth was indeed a major organisation, but Asuka's knowledge about them was limited. He didn't know where they were most active or how they operated. All he knew was their symbol—it appeared multiple times alongside the Ethereal Society's. Beyond that, he was in complete dark. Then again, this novel was full of plot holes, so most of the details went just as unexplained.
'What a piece of trash. I read through so many boring chapters only to end up as clueless as everyone else. And then there's that damn extra who even knew the protagonist's pissing schedule. Tsk!'
For now, Asuka had two options: either wait for some miracle like the protagonist's golden finger to appear, or come up with a plan.
Given how his life had gone so far, the first option seemed unlikely. Besides, 'This body won't hold out for long, a false hope at that.'
His gaze slowly swept the area. It was a large place, heavily guarded... If he was going to come up with a viable plan, he had to start with the basics. 'It all begins with observation and study—that's the rule for defeating the strong.'

[Day 3]
For the next few days, Asuka worked diligently, tracking each guard's habits and the patterns in which they moved and worked. He stayed close enough to overhear their faint whispers and studied the entire area, all while managing to avoid drawing unwanted attention.
But the more he observed, the more he realised how isolated this place was.
The entire mining ground was situated deep underground, with only two routes leading outside. One was used for transporting bulk loads of ores, and the other for guards to change shifts. Both were, of course, heavily guarded.
'Both seem impossible... Will my transmigration to a magic world end here, slaving away?'
It was clear he had no viable escape plan. He lacked the strength to take on so many guards, and he had no idea what the security outside might be like. Logically, there was no other option but to hope for a miracle.
Under normal circumstances, he would have long since given up—crying, cursing his life, and eventually accepting his fate.
After all, he wasn't the protagonist blessed with some unreal plot armour.
But he did have 'Villain's Cold-Blood. Such a cringe skill to have... Now, you won't even let me give up, will you?'
Though he was deeply disappointed, his face remained expressionless while his mind continued to search for a way out.
And like that, more days went by...
[Day 7]
'I think this one is at least possible,'
The small gate near the washroom area, where guards usually changed shifts, was only watched by two guards. He planned to escape through that route—killing the guards, taking their uniforms, and slipping away when the shift ended.
Simple right?
Theoretically, it does seem possible, in reality, it was insanely risky. But after days of planning, this was the only option with the highest success rate. The others were straight-up delusions.
It came down to a choice: take the risk, or just give up.
'Give up? Was that ever really an option?'
Now, all he had to do was wait until the muscular manager followed his usual late-hour routine and went inside. That meant Asuka would have to overwork today to keep up appearances.
He figured he could hide the bodies of the two guards in the toilets. But there was one big problem... there were two guards.
He needed someone to take the place of the second guard. That was the real issue.
How could he convince anyone to help?
So far, he had observed, everyone here was a coward, with no will and devoid of hope. But then his gaze fell on one individual.
'This could actually work,' he thought, a grin spreading across his face as he continued to stare at the tall, muscular, dark-skinned man.
A newly brought down slave.
And he had something most others had long lost—hope.

I have nothing to say this time but hope you like the chapter.
