What was more frustrating than realizing that the men who they hoped could render vital assistance weren't actually Vanquishers?

Seven and Rolanda didn't know whether to laugh or cry...

"What are you guys then?" Seven asked with a glare.

"We... We are... We are Miners," one of the men said.

"Miners? Then how come you were assigned to come with us? Aren't you three in the university guard board?" Rolanda questioned.

"No, not at all. We were miners who had been applying for a job as a guard at the university. The chancellor promised to grant us the job if this mission is accomplished successfully even though we aren't Vanquishers," another man explained.

"Holy hell! Chancellor Robyn tricked us hands down!" Seven shouted.

"He must surely pay," Rolanda glared. "These men aren't Vanquishers, and we aren't sure if they can wield their weapons properly. It's unfortunate that we are doing this alone."
