Bab 48: An Opportunity

Seven heard a knock on his door the next morning, as a familiar feminine voice called.

"Seven, we're gonna be late again!"

Rolanda, just like every other day, had woken up before Seven and had gotten prepared to head to lecture. However, Seven was still snoozing on the bed as usual, without even thinking about going to lecture.

He quickly stood up after several shouts from both Rolanda and Whisky, his eyes widening at that instant.

Swiftly, he turned to the wall clock...

(9:06 PM).

"Holy... SHIT!"

MEOW!

"I have been waking you up, master. But you seemed dead. You sleep too much!"

'Shut it! You and I know that we have been stressed lately.'

Seven tried to cover himself up...

MEOW!

"You don't have an excuse, master. This is usual even before we went to Sagemount."

Of course, it was true, and Seven felt trapped in an abyss after Whisky's words, but he glared right after.
