Tony at this moment can swear to god that he has never seen such a terrifying plant in his life.

He has decided that if he can walk out of this situation alive, then he must go to a psychiatrist.

Cause he knows for sure that he's gonna have some psychological shadow left behind from all this incident.

"President! We have locked the specific location of SCP-307, it's time to act."

Dr. a167 looked at the screen in front of him excitedly.

"It's all thanks to the terrorist leader, who gathered the people together, as well as the armed squads who entered the camp. These two waves of decoys helped us a lot, without the sacrifices of these two groups of people, we wouldn't be able to draw SCP-307 out so easily."

Dr. a167 was very excited and very happy at this moment.

He did not care one bit about the S.H.I.E.L.D agents or the members of the Ten rings group who died at the hands(vines actually) of SCP-307.

To contain the SCP, sacrifice is inevitable.

Fortunately, no members of the Foundation were sacrificed in the process.

What's more, the sacrifice of this group of people has nothing to do with the Foundation, and Dr. a167 has no psychological burden at all.

Natasha, who had been standing next to Jason all this time, looked at Jason whose mouth was curved in a small smirk.

She doesn't know if it was an illusion or not, but Natasha always felt that all of this was planned by Jason.

'Is it possible that we are all exposed and this guy already knows our identity? Maybe this is why he sent Phil there so that he will report it to S.H.I.E.L.D. and then this guy can use our agents as bait.'

Natasha very much suspected that all this was Jason's conspiracy, but suffering from no evidence, she could only suppress this idea in her heart.

In fact, he still has a way to escape, which is to directly turn on the Flight mode and fly out here but the consequence of doing so is that he has to give up the two people on his shoulders.

How could the proud Stark give up his friends in exchange for his chance to live?

Less than three minutes later, the steel armour lost all of its energy. After all the lights of the steel armour went out, Tony, who was completely imprisoned inside the steel armour, looked desperately at the gate of the cave from the midst of the vines.

"Am I really going to die like this? By becoming food for some plant?" Tony sighed bitterly.

Not long ago, he had witnessed how the purple vine was feeding on the agents.

Tony could swear to God that he would never forget that disgusting scene in his life.

Yellow mucus was coming out of various spots on the plant's body.

That disgusting scene made Tony, who could only stand there waiting to die, shudder.

Tony can't imagine himself dying like that...

In the imprisoned steel armour, Tony, who was waiting for death, suddenly frowned.

"Hmm! Why did the temperature get lower?

Is this what it feels like before dying? The body will gradually cool down..."

In his groggy state, Tony vaguely saw a few swaying figures at the entrance of the cave.

After groping and beating for a while, the members of the Foundation finally opened the steel armour and pulled out Tony, who was already unconscious inside.

Under the momentum of the Foundation's soldiers, the vines of SCP-307 became few.

"Minimize the vines of SCP-307 as much as possible!" 6547 was constantly smashing the frozen vines with the iron rod in his hand.

Can S.H.I.E.L.D really defend the world against the SCPs without the Foundation?
