Everyone is born with Magic Power.

This is common knowledge in this world.

However, the amount of Magic Power people possess varies—some have more, some less, and the innate amount you have is what you'll have for life, without any possibility of increase due to external factors.

Thus, even though everyone in this world has Magic Power, very few can become Magicians.

About ninety percent of the population has so little Magic Power that they can't even perform the most basic Magic.

Of the remaining ten percent, about ninety percent could deplete all their Magic Power with just one spell.

Consequently, very few become Magicians because there are too few with sufficient Magic Power, and as fate would have it, no matter how dissatisfied one feels, this reality cannot be changed.

So, are those unable to use Magic doomed to a life of mediocrity?

Of course not.
