Bab 7: Chapter 6: The Investigation and Confrontation. .

(sorry for starting the chapter with this.)

After the drinking session aunt Cass slept soundly on the couch, Max gently lifted her, careful not to disturb her. He placed a quick call to Hiro, who guided him on where to take her. With slow steps, he carried her to her bedroom and carefully laid her down on the bed.

For a brief moment, Max paused, watching her peaceful expression. His mind wandered, but he quickly shook it off, choosing to leave the room. A hint of affection flickered within him, but he knew the boundaries—grateful for the closeness they shared today, he quietly shut the door behind him.

----

Max left Aunt Cass's room, quietly closing the door behind him. As he headed down the hallway, he spotted Hiro. "Goodnight, Hiro," he said, offering a smile. Hiro waved back, too absorbed in his thoughts to say much.

Max couldn't help but think about Aunt Cass—she was attractive, sure, but there were boundaries. His mind wandered for a moment, thinking about how to approach other women he knew, but he quickly brushed those thoughts aside. "That's for another day," he muttered to himself. Tonight, rest was all he needed.

As Max left the café, heading toward his home, he couldn't help but reflect on the evening. Aunt Cass had been charming as ever, and though he had some flirtatious thoughts, he knew he needed to keep things respectful. The cool night air cleared his mind as he walked down the street. "Another day, another adventure," he thought with a smirk. The idea of approaching other women crossed his mind, but that could wait. Right now, all he wanted was to get home, rest, and prepare for whatever came next.

(Hiro Investigation.)

It was a bright afternoon as Hiro and Baymax followed the microbot down the bustling streets of San Fransokyo. The bot darted and swerved with purpose, leading them farther from the heart of the city. Hiro, intrigued, kept pace.

"Where are you going?" Hiro muttered, eyes narrowing as they crossed into the industrial side of town.

Eventually, the microbot led them to an old, abandoned warehouse. The building loomed large and silent in the daylight, its windows cracked and doors rusted. Baymax stopped at the entrance.

"This location seems unsafe, Hiro," Baymax warned, his wide eyes scanning the area.

"I know," Hiro replied. "But we've got to see what's inside."

With a quick glance around, Hiro ducked through the side door, motioning for Baymax to follow. Inside, the air was musty and stale. Rusted machinery sat forgotten in the corners, and the floor was littered with debris.

Then, Hiro's eyes widened as he spotted something unexpected—thousands of microbots, just like the one he had lost, swarming in perfect synchronization. They were being mass-produced in rows, each one lining up as if awaiting commands.

"What the... how are there so many?" Hiro whispered in disbelief. "They should've all been destroyed in the fire!"

Baymax stood beside him, observing. "These microbots are functioning properly and responding to unknown commands."

Before Hiro could respond, a shadow moved. A tall figure wearing a kabuki mask emerged from the depths of the warehouse, standing silently at the center of the operation. The figure raised a hand, and the microbots immediately came to life, responding to his silent command. They moved with speed and precision, forming towering shapes and shifting as if alive.

Hiro's heart raced. "That's impossible!"

The masked man turned toward them, noticing their presence. Hiro's eyes went wide as the man directed the swarm of microbots in their direction.

"We've been spotted! Run, Baymax!" Hiro yelled, dashing for cover.

Baymax followed as a massive wall of microbots surged toward them, smashing into the ground where Hiro had stood just seconds before. Hiro scrambled behind a stack of old crates, watching as the bots morphed into shifting barriers and moving traps. The masked man clearly had full control over them, manipulating the swarm with terrifying ease.

"We need to get out of here!" Hiro shouted, bolting toward the exit.

Baymax waddled after him, shielding Hiro from the crashing walls of microbots that chased them through the warehouse. With a quick dive, Hiro slipped through the door and sprinted into the daylight, Baymax close behind.

Out of breath, Hiro stopped to catch his breath a few blocks away from the warehouse. "What... was that?"

Baymax tilted his head. "The man in the mask appears to be controlling your microbots. He poses a serious threat."

Hiro's mind raced, trying to piece together what they had just witnessed. Who was that man, and how did he get control of the microbots? And more importantly, why was he using them?

The two of them headed back toward the city. As they approached home, Hiro noticed someone sitting on the porch. It was Max, relaxing with his phone in hand.

"Hey, Max," Hiro whispered, making sure to keep Baymax out of view. He didn't want to explain everything yet. "Uh, don't mention anything to Aunt Cass about Baymax, alright?"

Max raised an eyebrow but nodded. "Sure thing."

Hiro gave him a small nod of appreciation and hurried inside, leading Baymax up the stairs to his room, his mind still buzzing with questions.

The next day:

After a long day of planning and preparation, Hiro contacted Max, determined to stop Yokai. The night before, Hiro had explained his suspicions about the man behind the kabuki mask being responsible for stealing the microbots and the explosion that nearly cost Tadashi his life. Hiro shared his idea of building an armored suit for Baymax to fight Yokai, and Max had been instrumental in designing the suit's enhancements.

(Author : Present Baymax armored suit is a prototype of 2.0 not exactly 2.0 version but it functions if 2.0 is still there. since it was made in a hurry and time was limited.)

Now, as the evening fell, Max joined the group at the garage, his mind racing. Tadashi's friends—Go Go, Wasabi, Honey Lemon, and Fred—were already there, concerned yet ready to assist. Together, they prepared for the confrontation ahead. The atmosphere was tense; everyone knew this was their best shot at stopping Yokai.

"Thanks for coming, Max," Hiro said as they gathered their gear.

"No problem," Max replied. "Tadashi's like family. Let's get this guy."

Hiro explained how Yokai was controlling the microbots with a neural transmitter. If they could destroy that transmitter, they could stop the microbots and capture him.

Go Go revved the engine of her yellow car, ready to go. "Alright, everyone in," she commanded.

Max and Hiro squeezed in alongside Wasabi, Honey Lemon, and Fred as Go Go floored the gas, speeding toward the docks. Hiro's scanner showed unusual activity near the waterfront, confirming Yokai's presence. The streets flew by in a blur, with Baymax soaring above them in his newly built armor, keeping pace with the car.

"The microbot signals are strongest here," Hiro said as they approached the docks. "This is it."

Go Go brought the car to a screeching halt near an old warehouse, and the group cautiously stepped out. The fog rolled in from the bay, creating an eerie scene. Max's eyes narrowed, scanning the area for any sign of movement.

Suddenly, Hiro's scanner beeped furiously. "He's here!" Hiro pointed toward the shadows.

Emerging from the darkness, they saw him—Yokai, standing on a shifting platform of microbots, his kabuki mask glowing ominously. Without hesitation, he commanded the microbots to surge forward, intent on overwhelming them.

"Get back!" Hiro yelled, jumping back into the car with the others as the microbots slammed into the dock, sending debris flying. Go Go hit the gas, swerving to avoid the oncoming mass.

"They're everywhere!" Wasabi shouted in panic, gripping the door handle.

"Hold on!" Go Go swerved the car sharply, narrowly avoiding a wall of microbots as they raced through the dock's maze of shipping containers.

Max stayed focused, watching the microbots' movements. "We've got to get close enough to stop him," he said. "But that's easier said than done."

Hiro nodded, pulling out his scanner again. "If we can get Baymax close enough, he can take out the neural transmitter."

The car bounced over more debris, barely staying ahead of the microbots. Baymax flew overhead, launching his rocket fist toward Yokai's microbot platform. The hit scattered a section of the swarm, but Yokai quickly reformed them, sending another wave crashing toward the group.

"I can help Baymax," Max said, his mind racing for a plan. "If I can get close enough, I might be able to give him more firepower."

(Author : when max said give more firepower to Baymax meant giving the arc reactor to Baymax and granting Baymax more energy for the rocket flight and rocket fist.)

Go Go swerved again, dodging another microbot wave as Max, Hiro, and Baymax formulated their strategy.

"Hiro, Baymax can't do this alone. Let me help." Max was determined, knowing that if they didn't stop Yokai here, he'd be impossible to catch later.

With Yokai still controlling the microbots, Go Go swerved around yet another corner. The team, tired and on edge, knew this chase was just the beginning.
