Elara's lips twitched, clearly hearing the System as well. She whispered, "You'll do great. Even the System knows it."

Elara stifled a giggle behind her hand, earning a glare from Amara. "See? Even now, it's setting me up to fail," Amara grumbled.

Helena, blissfully unaware of the mental banter taking place, clapped her hands. "Well, this calls for a celebration. Champagne brunch, perhaps? Or maybe a quick mani-pedi session before your big CEO debut?"

"Mom, I don't think getting my nails done is going to prepare me to run a media empire," Amara deadpanned.

Helena gave her a mock pout. "Darling, confidence starts at the fingertips. Besides, chipped polish is bad PR."
